Fractional Sales Lead (U.S.–based, Part-Time / Contract)

Your mission: Build a predictable outbound engine that turns Paramint’s current run-rate into eight figures.

Why Paramint?

Paramint is a software consultancy trusted by brands like Discord, Burger King, and Constellation Brands. We combine Retool, generative-AI workflows, and senior engineering talent to ship custom apps and data platforms faster than bloated dev shops ever could. We’ve nailed delivery; now we need an outbound sniper to scale revenue.

What you’ll own

  • Pipeline creation: Define the ICP, mine and enrich leads with Clay AI, craft multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, video), and generate ≥ $750 k in qualified pipeline every quarter.
  • Deal progression & close: Run discovery, shape the solution, write proposals/SOWs, and negotiate to signature on deals ranging from $100 k to $1 M ACV.
  • Repeatable system: Document plays, dashboards, and cadences in HubSpot (or your preferred CRM). Iterate weekly on messaging and metrics until the funnel hums without heroics.
  • Sales assets: Produce battle-tested decks, one-pagers, and outreach copy. Don’t wait for marketing - design it yourself and ship.
  • Team leverage: Coach founders on demos, hire/manage fractional SDRs as the volume grows, and keep everyone ruthlessly accountable to numbers.

Must-haves

  • 3+ years closing new-logo B2B tech services or SaaS deals ($100 k–$1 M ACV) with receipts to prove it.
  • Built at least one outbound motion from zero to $3 M+ in new ARR.
  • Fluent with Clay AI, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and obsessive about CRM hygiene.
  • Producer mentality - comfortable writing copy, building slides, and jumping on cold calls solo.
  • Data-driven, allergic to referral-only pipelines, and brutally honest about what works.
  • U.S. resident able to overlap 9 am–5 pm ET for prospect meetings.

Bonus points: Rolodex in government contracting or enterprise digital-transformation, experience selling low-code/AI services.

Engagement & compensation

  • Time commitment: 10–20 hours per week (flexible).
  • Comp: Monthly retainer $5k plus 10% of net-new revenue brought in. We pay for results.
